Shinhan L Tower is located in Euljiro, a Central Business District (CBD) in Seoul with high concentration of major corporations and financial institutions. It is linked underground to Euljiro 3-ga Station, a hub where Subway Lines No. 2 and 3 intersect, offering easy access to the station and the extensive subway network with exceptional convenience. Shinhan L Tower has been used as the headquarters of Shinhan Life Insurance under a long-term lease since its completion in 2016, and has maintained a 100% occupancy rate since its acquisition by Shinhan Alpha REIT. Furthermore, as part of a plan to increase asset value and strengthen ESG, the building earned the LEED SILVER certification in October 2022.
