The Cambridge Building is located along Teheran-ro in Gangnam Business District (GBD), a core business district in Seoul where a number of large corporations and IT companies are located. In particular, it offers great access to Gangnam Station (a 2-minute walk), which is a transfer station for Subway Line 2 and the Shinbundang Line. Given its excellent location, occupancy is at 100% as of the end of December, and rental income have been actively enhanced through re-tenanting and lease renewals since acquisition.
